Advised and represented a world leader in the supply of couplings, wires and wiring systems, as well as provider of related development services and its affiliated company in Romania, in connection with different court cases regarding the investigation of a national computer fraud, which led to a series of fraudulent transfers amounting to EUR 39 million.
Advised and represented the subsidiary of a worldwide developer and provider of a broad portfolio of military, air, land and naval systems and products, as well as products for applications in the field of defence, internal security and commercial aviation, in connection with the participation in a public procurement procedure organised by the Ministry of National Defence, having as object the procurement by the Romanian State of military products, and the estimated amount of the contract was of EUR 76 million.
Advised and successfully represented a consortium composed of Europe’s major suppliers of army technology and a longstanding partner of the armed forces and a Romanian motor vehicles trader in a claim for the annulment of a public acquisition handled by the Romanian Ministry of Defence.
Advised and represented several leading international pharmaceutical companies in more than 30 administrative and court proceedings concerning a series of claims having as object the cancellation of the administrative deeds issued by NHIH regarding the clawback contribution.

Advised and represented a company established in Turkey, active internationally in major projects in the fields of construction and infrastructure (highways, airports, dams, tunnels, bridges, etc.) in ongoing public procurement procedures in the public construction works sector in Romania.
Represented a national leader in the field of telecommunications, in connection with a judicial proceeding regarding the conclusion of the agreement - framework for the purchase of portable TETRA terminals and accessories, organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the amount of approximately EUR 23 million.
