Assisted a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, through its subsidiary (global leader in high-end resin technology and services, operating in more than 30 countries) in the development of various potential transactions and projects with the local Romanian authorities in connection with the development of a waste water treatment plant.
Assisted an important US technology company, defence contractor and information technology services provider in relation to its involvement within the public procurement procedures for military equipment in Romania and follow-up offset investment obligations associated with the acquisitions.
Assisted a major Turkish commercial vehicles manufacturer, in connection with various acquisition and implementation projects for delivery of electric buses to municipalities aimed at modernising the public transport infrastructure in the biggest cities of Romania.
Assisted a Turkish leading group, included in the Top International Contractors list published by the US “Engineering News Record”, active in international infrastructure projects, highways, expressways, railway and metro systems, gas/oil pipelines, dams and hydroelectric power plants etc., in contentious and non-contentious matters in connection with the participation in various awarding procedures for design and build contracts with respect to the execution of motorways in Romania.
Assisted a newly established company having as object of activity providing consultancy and supervisory services in construction, in the public tender organised by the National Investment Company (in Romanian, “CNI”) for the award of a contract for technical assistance services - site management, as well as in relation to its participation in other civil procurement procedures.
Assisted an important Romanian supplier of electric buses, local representative of significant international leading manufactures of such products, in connection with the strategy and implementation measures related to its participation in public procurement tenders, clarifications of tender documentation, with respect to the acquisition of electric buses and charging stations in 10 cities in Romania.
