Assisted a leading Romanian company in the field of hydropower and hydrotechnical construction in Romania, currently in insolvency in developing a reorganization plan aimed at successfully reintegrating the company and paying off its debts amounting to approximately EUR 300 million.

Assisted one of the largest Romanian companies operating in the field of electrical network maintenance both in the framework of the judicial reorganization procedure and in the stage of the bankruptcy procedure, namely the preparation of the restructuring strategy and the drafting of the reorganization plan, the establishment of the asset liquidation strategy, the completion with success of the collective dismissal procedure.

Assisted an important company active in the field of electricity transport and distribution, with the aim of covering as much as possible of the total accepted receivables, amounting to over RON 14 million.
