Advised one of the leading U.S. pharmaceutical companies, in connection with various regulatory and contractual aspects, such as medicine pricing and distribution, fulfillment of the public service obligation, drafting and reviewing distribution and logistics services agreements for the supply of medicines on the Romanian market, implementation of educational and promotional projects and the compliance of the interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare/professional organizations, sponsorship of healthcare professionals, medical institutions and scientific/educational events, as well as in connection with the application of the industry codes.
Advised a leading pharmaceutical group in Europe, in relation to numerous legal matters, such as the marketing and distribution of medicinal products in Romania, health technology assessments, pricing, reimbursement and prescription of medicines and the negotiation, conclusion and implementation of protocols and agreements with the competent authorities for supporting the access to medicines in Romania.
Advised a multinational pharmaceutical company, in relation to certain proposals to amend the legislation applicable to the health technology assessment and reimbursement of medicinal products, as well as in relation to legal issues concerning the incompatibilities and conflicts of interest specific to the healthcare professionals.
Advised a U.S. based pharmaceutical company, in connection with the regulatory aspects relevant to the distribution of medicines, medical devices and cosmetic products on the Romanian market, including authorization and legal conditions applicable to the distribution, import and labelling activities of the products in its portfolio.
