Assisted two world-leading producers of plasma-based products in an investigation launched by the Romanian Competition Council into an alleged anticompetitive behaviour on the Romanian market for human normal immunoglobulins allegedly carried out within a trade association and in subsequent litigation proceedings.

Advised a world leader in engineering and IT services in connection with the first investigation launched by the Romanian Competition Council concerning an alleged anticompetitive behaviour on the market of specialized labour force in the field of automotive engineering activities.

Assisted one of the fastest growing and dynamic airports in Romania, in connection with the investigation launched by the Romanian Competition Council regarding the airport’s alleged abuse of a dominant position on the market for provision of access to the airport infrastructure to ground handling companies.

Advised a European dairy producer, through its local subsidiary, in an antitrust litigation (final appeal phase) against the Competition Council with a view of annulling the fine imposed in connection with the first investigation launched by the national competition authority with respect to anti-competitive agreements in the food sector.

Assisted one of the oldest and most reputed Romanian producers of electronic devices, in the administrative phase and in the post-investigation litigation in connection with an investigation undertaken by the Competition Council on the market for electricity meters and energy measuring systems in Romania concerning potential bid rigging and other collusive/market sharing practices on the respective market.

Advised a major European investment fund, on competition aspects related to the EUR 300 million acquisition of the largest pharma distribution conglomerate in Romania.

Assisted the Romanian operator of a major global fast-food restaurant chain in accessing certain State aid measures under the European Commission’s Temporary Framework for State aid measures to support the economy in the Covid-19 outbreak.
