Assisted a global pure-play software company, and its local entity with customized advice on a wide range of employment matters, such as the implementation of teleworking policies, analysis of potential restructuring, election of employee representatives and collective negotiations, cross-border employment, teleworking and flexible working time, and in sensitive labour litigations related to, among other things, overtime payment and benefits.
Assisted a leading European logistics group and a top ten company worldwide in the logistics industry, on various high sensitivity employment matters on complex reorganization processes, collective dismissals, various internal policies, on COVID-19 implications from employment perspective as telework implementation, temporary lay-offs, suspension of individual employment agreements, part-time employees, customised measures during emergency state; and representation in complex court claims against the dismissal decisions.
