Dumitru has also provided legal advice in the areas of capital markets, public procurement, anti-money laundering, banking law and participated in complex transactions, both in the preparation of the due-diligence report and in negotiations followed by closing.
Assisted a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, on Romanian law aspects of its strategic acquisition of a main local producer in the industry, on the entire process of the acquisition, including due diligence, transaction documents, corporate matters and post-closing matters.
Assisted a multinational corporation, leader in consumer health products and pharmaceutical industry, in connection with various corporate issues in relation with its business restructuring, including preparing the corporate documentation as part of the restructuring and relevant corporate and regulatory approvals.
