Represented a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, on post-closing matters, in connection to a strategic acquisition of a main local producer in the industry.
Assisted a multinational corporation, leader in consumer health products and pharmaceutical industry, in connection with various corporate issues in relation with its business restructuring, including preparing the corporate documentation as part of the restructuring and relevant corporate and regulatory approvals.
