Assisted a worldwide IT software development company, in connection with various legal issues, including employment ones related to implementation of teleworking activity, providing legal advice concerning the collaboration with temporary work agencies, as well as in connection to implementation of on-call schedule, professional evaluation of employees, professional unfitness issues, discrimination and harassment issues and immigration related matters.

Assisted a global specialist in a wide range of transport and customer-specific logistics services, in connection with complex employment matters related to the applicable legal treatment of international drivers employees of the Romanian branch, including in connection to the transnational posting applicable rules for such international drivers and related National and European obligations and procedures, but also in connection to the review of individual employment agreements, travel orders, performance related policies.

Assisted the local branch of a global manufacturer of pumps and pumping systems for heating, air conditioning, cooling, water supply and wastewater in connection with multiple and diverse employment legal aspects, including the negotiation and conclusion of the collective bargaining agreement, conclusion, review and termination of individual employment agreements, as well as in connection to the implementation of restructuring and redundancy processes.

Assisted a global company in supply chain solutions and leader in automotive logistics, with respect to sensitive employment matters related to disciplinary investigations and subsequent dismissals, conflict of interests issues, confidentiality and non-solicitation obligations incumbent to the employees, as well as in connection to reinstatement of employees due to cancellation in court of dismissal decisions.

Assisted a global leader in IT software development and industrial project services, in connection to various day-to-day labor related matters including secondment and delegation of employees outside Romania, discrimination related issues, disciplinary investigations, legal studies’ requirements when hiring employees along with matters concerning the amendment of individual employment agreements for top management employees, work during legal holidays, teleworking implementation.

Assisted a global, broad-based health-care company, on a number of labor-related issues, such as the implementation of the transfer of hundreds of employees following the spin-off of its operations in Romania and issues deriving thereto, the conditions and procedures for terminating individual employment agreements, redundancy procedures.

Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a renowned bank, with respect to sensitive employment matters, including on the termination of employment with top management employees, disciplinary termination of employment agreements, harassment related claims, as well as assistance and representation in court in regard to the said matters.
