Assisted a world leader in the supply of couplings, wires and wiring systems, as well as provider of related development services and its affiliated company in Romania, in connection with different court cases regarding the investigation of a cross-border digital fraud, which led to a series of illegal bank transfers amounting to approximately EUR 39 million.
Assisted a public executive central authority, in connection with a series of judicial disputes deriving from the restructuration of the authority.
Assisted a subsidiary of a worldwide developer and provider of a broad portfolio of military, air, land and naval systems and products, as well as products for applications in the field of defence, internal security and commercial aviation, in connection with the participation in a public procurement procedure organised by the Ministry of National Defence, having as object the procurement by the Romanian State of military products, and the estimated amount of the contract was of approximately EUR 76 million.
Assisted a number of leading domestic and international pharmaceutical companies in connection with the administrative and court proceedings concerning the cancellation of the administrative deeds issued by Romanian tax authorities regarding the calculation and payment of clawback contribution.
Assisted a public executive local authority, in connection with the judicial proceedings regarding the cancellation of the administrative deeds issued by the Romanian Court of Accounts.
Assisted an important company in the field of design and construction of military buildings, in connection with a series of complex disputes deriving from the participation in multiple public procurement proceedings organized by the Ministry of National Defence and the performance of the public procurement contracts concluded after the completion of the proceedings.
Assisted a number of renowned companies in a variety of industries, such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, in tax litigation cases concerning the cancellation of the taxation notices issued by the Romanian tax authorities.
