The Credit Bureau and Muşat & Asociaţii organized the seminar “Processing Risk Information within The Credit Bureau. Projects and Legal Solutions”, which brought into discussion the operational and regulatory aspects of risk information processing.
The event gathered more than 50 representatives of the banking system and addressed key issues related to the Credit Bureau system, such as the instruments available for the participants in the Credit Bureau system and the main legal aspects to be taken into account by banks and financial institutions with respect to the processing of risk information.
„Our strategy for the next three years is to accelerate the assimilation’s level of the products and services finalized in 2009 and 2010 and to expand our offer to different beneficiaries such as foreign credit bureaus or individuals. Bearing in mind this purpose we intend to increase the number of participants in the system on all categories of products and we also explore the possibility to develop our database by including companies in the system, precisely for the reason of giving more extensive and tailored information to our clients”, said Şerban Marian Epure, General Manager at The Credit Bureau.
