What we are looking for:
Mușat & Asociații is expanding its current team of Corporate/Commercial lawyers. The current position concerns the Associate level (with at least 2 years of experience in the professions).
Our Corporate/Commercial practice has been providing excellent service at every stage of a company’s lifecycle for 30 years, covering the full spectrum of corporate compliance. Our day-to-day corporate and commercial work includes: incorporation, structuring and organization of groups, corporate entities and non-profit organizations, divestitures and restructurings, corporate governance, corporate liability, shareholder agreements, shareholder rights and shareholding structures, joint ventures, business transfers, cross-border agreements, outsourcing, greenfield and brownfield projects. As demand for our services grows, we are expanding our team with associate-level lawyers to work and grow professionally alongside our experts in the field.
The ideal candidate meets the following conditions:
- at least 2 years of experience as lawyer in the position of Associate;
- thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, doctrine, recommendations and case-law;
- actual experience in corporate and commercial law advisory mandates;
- + experience in the Energy area is a plus;
- strong working knowledge of English, attention to detail and ability to synthesise;
- knowledge of MS Office, as well as of online research tools;
- good communication skills, including the ability to interact with international clients.
Specific activities include:
- setting up corporate entities and non-profit organizations;
- structuring, organisation, governance and compliance of corporate entities;
- shareholder agreements, shareholder rights and shareholding structures;
- business transfers, cross-border agreements and joint ventures;
- seminars and workshops with clients.
