The criminal law team of Muşat & Asociaţii law firm has definitively won the litigation before the High Court of Cassation and Justice, where Ludovic Orban, the chairman of the main opposition party has been accused by the DNA (the National Anticorruption Directorate) of committing the offence of using his influence for obtaining some undue advantages. The decision if final. The panel of 5 judges dismissed the DNA appeal and maintained the acquittal decision previously ordered by another Supreme Court panel.
