The capital markets award acknowledges the firm’s assistance provided to Rompetrol Group in the mandatory public offering of Rompetrol Rafinare, the most significant transaction conducted on the Bucharest Stock Exchange last year, with a total value of EUR 90,000,000. “In fact, Musat & Asociatii conducted all of the three major public tender offers successfully finalized on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in the past 12 months, demonstrating an unmatched expertise in this area of practice. Furthermore, Musat & Asociatii received an award for its 2009 financial results.
