Mușat & Asociații advised Tecadra Hotels on the partnership with Accor Group, a world leader in hospitality, for the complete transformation and expansion of the Tecadra Hotel, located in the northern part of Bucharest. The legal assistance provided included aspects related to real estate and construction, as well as the negotiation and review of the contractual terms between Tecadra Hotels and Accor Group.
From September 2025, the hotel will reopen under the name Tecadra Bucharest Handwritten Collection, thus becoming the first hotel in Romania under the Handwritten Collection brand, a concept launched a year ago by Accor.
