Musat & Asociatii has been selected by the Office for State Ownership and Privatization in Industry (OPSPI) to provide legal advice throughout the process of selecting and contracting the underwriter for the public secondary offering for 15% of Transelectrica’s shares, one of the largest transactions to take place this year on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE).
